Contact support@upwind.community. Include your Watch model, watchOS version, and what happened. Never send your password or Watch access token.

Connect your Watch

Tap “Pair with Upwind” on the Watch. Sign in on your phone at upwind.community/account and enter the displayed code. Codes expire after ten minutes.

Record and upload

Allow location and workout access, then tap Start. Water Lock activates when the workout starts. Hold the Digital Crown to unlock, then tap Stop. If an upload fails, your recording stays on the Watch; reconnect and tap Retry uploads. Turning off Live uploads postpones upload until after Stop.

Account and privacy

Read the privacy policy or delete your account. On the Watch, open Privacy & account to open the account deletion page.
